vibespatial.io.osm_pbf_native

Byte-bounded GPU PBF ingress into the private native tabular boundary.

The physical shape is block/byte scan, segmented delta decode and dynamic output assembly. Counts are the only device data exported before the terminal boundary. The two-pass reader allocates the final result once and replays bounded batches, rather than concatenating a second copy of the result.
